So Norman Osborn dies and Harry takes over as GG. How does Hobgoblin fit in? Where did he come from?

The figure is "Flip n Zip Spider-Man", which is the Ramos-style Spider-Man.

Hobgoblin has been a few different men. The deal with him is that basically someone found some of Osborn's stuff, improved it, and took up the mantle.
